• Effectively manage and collaborate with stakeholders across a complex hospital environment.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of training processes, learning methodologies, and organizational practices.
• Manage and deliver end-to-end training programs focused on enhancing employee capabilities, customer experience, and staff motivation.
• 5-10+ years of relevant experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or a similar role, preferably from hospitals, retail, hotels or other service-oriented companies.
