Role Overview
Yashaswi Group is looking for a proactive and technically oriented Executive Learning & Development to
support training activities for a manufacturing client in Pune. The role will involve coordinating and delivering
technical/skill-based training, maintaining training and attendance records, preparing assessment reports, and
supporting employees throughout the learning process.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute learning and development activities for employees at the manufacturing client
location.
Conduct and support technical and mechanical-related training based on business and employee requirements.
Understand training requirements and coordinate training schedules with internal teams, trainers, and stakeholders.
Maintain daily training attendance and ensure accurate records are updated on time.
¢ Prepare training-related reports, assessment reports, and other MIS/documentation as required.
¢ Conduct or coordinate assessments after training programs to measure employee understanding and effectiveness.
¢ Track employee participation, training completion, assessment performance, and follow-up actions.
¢ Identify training gaps and communicate development needs to the concerned HR/L&D; team.
¢ Coordinate with trainers and employees to ensure smooth execution of planned training programs.
¢ Maintain training calendars, attendance sheets, assessment results, and completion records.
¢ Support induction, onboarding, refresher, and skill-development training programs as required.
¢ Follow up with employees and stakeholders regarding pending training, assessments, and documentation.
¢ Prepare periodic reports and share updates on training progress, attendance, and assessment outcomes.
¢ Ensure training activities are completed within planned timelines and organizational requirements.
Candidate Requirements
¢ Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
¢ Interest in Learning & Development, employee training, and technical skill development.
¢ Basic understanding of mechanical/manufacturing processes and technical training concepts.
