Role & responsibilities

1.Administered and coordinated assessments such as OPQ and Verify for employees and candidates.

2.Managed the LDC portal and monitored assessment progress across different stages.

3.Coordinated the panel, manager, and nominee stages of the LDC process, ensuring timely completion and follow-ups.

4.Monitored and maintained GCF ratings and related assessment information.

5.Coordinated with managers, panel members, nominees, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution of LDC activities.

6.Tracked pending activities, followed up with stakeholders, and helped ensure timely completion of assigned LDC processes.

7. Scheduling and calling interviews between panels and stakeholders & nominees.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate/Post Graduate with 0 to 1 years of experience in Learning & Development or in related HR field.

Strong communication and collaboration skills required.
