Campus to Corporate Training through Our Challengers Program
Challengers is our graduate upskilling program that helps young talent transition from campus to corporate with confidence. Through immersive learning, hands-on projects, mentorship, and real-world business problem-solving, participants build strong technical, AI, and consulting capabilities from day one. Role-based learning pathways in Data Science, Data Engineering, and Product Engineering further equip Mathemagicians with the skills to thrive as they grow.
AI & Emerging Technology Enablement
Through the AI MACH framework, COACH defines the AI skills and proficiency levels required across roles. Employees build capabilities in GenAI, Agentic AI, prompt and context engineering, RAG, responsible AI, cloud, data, and software engineering through structured learning, certifications, expert sessions, and hands-on projects. MathCo now has 200+ AI-certified professionals applying AI to real business challenges.

COACH offers a range of programs such as GenAI basics, GenAI Intermediate, and GenAI Advance to support employees from foundational awareness to advanced AI application.
