Learning Architect

Role & responsibilities

• Design and architect high-impact, learnercentred learning experiences
• Translate business and capability needs into scalable learning architectures
• Lead end-to-end learning design from ideation to handover for delivery
• Leverage AI-enabled design to improve speed, quality, and consistency
• Ensure alignment with global learning standards and pedagogy

Preferred candidate profile

• Partner with Learning Business Partners (LBPs) to identify learning needs
• Define learning outcomes, experience principles, and success metrics
• Lead collaborative design workshops and stakeholder design conversations
• Create learning journeys, blueprints, storyboards, and prototypes
• Own design plans, scope, risks, timelines, and quality
• Ensure smooth transition from design to development and delivery
• Apply data, feedback, and insights for continuous improvement
• Contribute to global learning standards, patterns, and innovations
• Use AI and agent-based tools for design, content structuring, and efficiency
• Collaborate closely with Instructional Designers, SMEs, and delivery teams
