Learning And Development Trainer

The Role

Start your career in Learning & Development. You will help build and deliver training that makes people

better at their jobs - across behavioural skills, sales, leadership, operations and academics. You will learn

from senior trainers, and you will be in front of a room early.

What You Will Do

• Facilitate and deliver classroom, virtual and blended sessions
• Build the content - decks, activities, role plays, assessments
• Work with HR, Sales, Operations and Academic teams to pick up training needs
• Run the training calendar - scheduling, attendance, records, reports
• Collect feedback and help measure whether the training changed anything

What You Need

• Graduate from a Top 50 NIRF-ranked institution, any discipline - MUST
• Strong spoken and written communication; confident addressing a group
• Real interest in teaching, coaching and working with people
• Able to work extended hours, including weekends, when training schedules demand it

Compensation

• 6,00,000 (Six Lakhs) per annum - Fixed
