Job Title: Learning & Development Trainee

Department: HR

Work Shift: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Role Overview:

As an L&D Management Trainee , you will be responsible for supporting the design, coordination, and execution of training initiatives across departments including HR, Admin, Design, and Production functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering such as, POSH, Email Etiquette, Time Management, and Communication etc.
• Support employee engagement programs, workshops, and culture-building activities.
• Help in preparing training materials (PPTs, feedback forms, session reports, etc.).
• Collect and analyze feedback to improve future training sessions.
• Coordinate with trainers, departments, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Support in HR new initiatives.
