Learning and Development - Sr. Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs for employees across various levels within the organization.
• Manage the creation, publication, and maintenance of training content on LMS platforms such as Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, Degreed, EdCast etc.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive learning experiences that meet business objectives.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future training initiatives.

Job Requirements :

• 3-10 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field.
• Strong understanding of content creation, management, and delivery through various channels (LMS).
• Proficiency in using popular e-learning platforms like Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy etc.
