Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Learning & Development Executive to design, coordinate, and deliver employee training programs. The candidate will conduct induction sessions, develop training materials, enhance employee skills, and monitor training effectiveness to improve overall employee performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct induction and onboarding training for new employees.
• Develop and deliver training programs for Sales, Collections, Customer Support, and Operations teams.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Identify employee training needs in coordination with Team Leaders and Department Heads.
• Conduct product, process, communication, and soft skills training.
• Train employees on company policies, systems, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor employee performance during and after training and provide feedback.
• Conduct assessments, role plays, and knowledge checks to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Maintain training attendance, assessment scores, feedback forms, and training reports.
• Coordinate refresher training sessions to address performance gaps.
• Work closely with HR and business teams to improve productivity and employee engagement.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent training delivery and classroom management abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to explain processes clearly and engage employees.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple training batches and meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline; HR, Business Administration, or related qualifications preferred.
• 1-4 years of experience in Learning & Development, employee training, or corporate training.
• Experience in fintech, NBFC, banking, sales, collections, or customer support training will be an added advantage.
