Job Title: Senior Executive - Learning & Development (L&D)

Location: Chennai

Experience: 2 4 Years

About the Role

Maveric Systems is looking for young and aspirational learning professionals to join our exceptional team and contribute to the organizational learning, capability building, and workforce development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS), instructional design, learning content development, training operations, and learning analytics.

What You'll Do

• Designing and implementing learning programs tailored to business needs
• Collaborating with various stakeholders and successfully drive program execution
• Managing program calendars & training lifecycle
• Publishing key insights in L&D reports and dashboards
• Working with Industry partners
• LMS Hands-on management, using key authoring tools (Articulate 360 preferred)
• Develop standards and templates for proposed learning solutions
• Proficiency in content development and instructional design, research and information gathering, content analysis, knowledge of latest trends in the learning industry

What We're Looking For

Learning & Development Expertise

• Strong experience in Learning & Development operations and program management.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and learning methodologies.
• Experience designing capability-building and workforce development initiatives.

LMS Administration

• Hands-on experience managing and administering Learning Management Systems.
• Experience managing learning records, certifications, and training workflows.
• Knowledge of LMS reporting and analytics.

Instructional Design & Content Development

• Strong knowledge of instructional design frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience developing classroom, virtual, and e-learning content.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 or similar authoring tools.
• Ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

Learning Analytics & Reporting

• Experience creating training dashboards and learning reports.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret learning data.
• Experience measuring training effectiveness and ROI.

Stakeholder Management

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to effectively interact and influence with leadership teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience working with external trainers, vendors, and learning partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Certifications in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Training Management, or Learning Technologies will be an added advantage. Articulate 360 will be added advantage.
• Proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Training Operations roles.
