Learning And Development Specialist

Role & responsibilities

Design and develop engaging learning modules and animated video content using Vyond and PowerPoint.

• Apply core instructional design principles to build structured learning paths and create detailed storyboards for video and digital modules
• Create and update training content for Process, Soft Skills, Product, and Technical trainings across all organizational levels (frontline to senior management)
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to structure, format and organize SOPs, process guides and training manuals.
• Coordinate with various departments to collect, validate and translate complex information into learner-friendly formats
• Implement Learning Dashboards

Key Requirements

• Full-time PGDM/MBA - HR
• Prior experience in creating learning content and instructional design
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Hindi
• Hands-on expertise in creating animated video content using Vyond.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for designing training modules.
• Strong capabilities in storyboarding and applying instructional design principles
• Demonstrated creativity in building engaging learning experiences for frontline employees, middle management, and senior leadership
• Excellent training delivery
