Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance in the gaming industry.
• Develop learning materials, such as manuals, guides, and online courses, to support training initiatives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content that meets business objectives.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to improve overall program effectiveness.

Job Requirements :

• 3-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices for effective training delivery.
• Ability to design interactive and engaging learning experiences using various mediums (e.g., classroom instruction, e-learning modules).
• Experience working in the gaming industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
