Learning and Development Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance in the banking industry.
• Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in employee skills and develop customized training solutions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive learning materials for various audiences.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and LMS systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record of developing effective training programs that drive business results.
