Job Summary:

We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to identify employee training needs, organize training programs, and support employee learning and development across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify employee training needs in coordination with department heads.
• Plan and organize training sessions for employees.
• Coordinate with internal management and external training agencies.
• Conduct induction and onboarding training for new employees.
• Track training effectiveness and prepare training reports.
• Support employee skill development and performance improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of training programs.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong coordination and planning abilities.
• Basic knowledge of training methods and employee development.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to organize training sessions and maintain records.

Qualification & Experience;

• Graduate or postgraduate in HR, Management, or a related field.
• 2.5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR.
• Experience in the logistics industry will be preferred.
