Job Description

We are looking for an experienced L&D Trainer – Recruitment with strong hands-on experience in Domestic IT Recruitment and the ability to train and mentor freshers and junior recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training programs for new and existing recruiters on end-to-end recruitment.
• Train recruiters on sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement and offer management.
• Identify training needs and skill gaps.
• Develop training materials, PPTs, SOPs, handbooks and role plays.
• Monitor trainee performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Improve recruiter productivity through structured training programs.
• Collaborate with HR and recruitment leadership to improve training effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Recruitment Training, L&D, HR Training or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Excellent knowledge of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
• Ability to train freshers and new/junior IT recruiters.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS and other sourcing platforms is preferred.

Shift Timings

Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Immediate joiners with Domestic IT Recruitment experience are preferred.
