Learning and Development Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop training programs, curricula, and content to meet business objectives.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning materials using various formats such as instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, or on-the-job training.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives through assessment methods like competency mapping and gap analysis.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE), and evaluation methodologies.
• Proficiency in developing high-quality content for diverse audiences using various mediums (written, visual, interactive).
• Ability to analyze data from TNAs to inform future L&D strategies.
