Learning And Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructorled (virtual/inperson) training on AI, GenAI, ML, Data Engineering, and Automation
• Facilitate handson labs, workshops, hackathons, and mentor learners on realworld projects
• Design endtoend learning journeys and create labs, demos, assessments, and certifications
• Provide AI/ML advisory, coaching teams on applying learning to client engagements
• Collaborate with business and stakeholders to drive and improve programs
• Research emerging AI/GenAI trends and represent the AI First Academy internally and externally

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years in AI/ML, Data Science, Generative AI, or related roles
• Strong training/facilitation experience with excellent communication skills
• Handson expertise in ML frameworks, GenAI models, prompt engineering, lab/demo creation and cloud platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LangChain, Agents, RAG, and Automation
• Relevant AI/ML, Cloud, Training certifications
