Learning and Development Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop training programs, curricula, and course materials for IT services & consulting projects.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging e-learning content that meets client requirements.
• Develop assessment tools and evaluation methods to measure learner performance and knowledge retention.
• Provide technical support during the implementation phase of L&D initiatives.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE), and e-learning best practices.
• Proficiency in developing interactive e-learning modules using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or similar platforms.
