Learning And Development Specialist

We are looking for a strong L&D Specialist to design, coordinate, and deliver learning programs that improve employee skills, performance, leadership capabilities, and career development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify training needs through discussions, surveys, and performance data.
• Design and deliver technical, behavioural, communication, and leadership programs.
• Develop training calendars, learning materials, assessments, and feedback forms.
• Coordinate with internal trainers, business leaders, and external training partners.
• Manage LMS activities, attendance, completion records, and learning dashboards.
• Conduct induction and employee-development programs.
• Measure training effectiveness and present L&D reports to management.
• Support competency mapping, succession planning, and career-development initiatives.
• Use AI tools to create learning content, assessments, and personalized learning plans.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in training needs analysis and instructional design.
• Knowledge of LMS platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Strong reporting and data-analysis capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple learning programs independently.
