Learning And Development Specialist

JD:-

• Manage 70% Learning & Development and 30% Employee Engagement & HR Operations activities.
• Conduct soft skills, behavioral, and leadership training programs up to Senior Manager level.
• Develop training content, presentations, learning materials, and training videos.
• Identify training needs and execute training programs across locations.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.

Candidate Profile

• 8-10 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong experience in delivering soft skills and leadership training programs.
• Knowledge of HRMS/LMS platforms such as Darwinbox will be an added advantage.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Agile, confident, positive, and result-oriented personality.
• Open to both male and female candidates.

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred.
