We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to drive capability-building, leadership development, and employee learning initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying skill gaps, designing impactful learning programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop learning solutions.
• Design and deliver onboarding, functional, behavioral, and leadership development programs.
• Partner with business stakeholders to address capability gaps.
• Manage LMS platforms, learning content, and external training partners.
• Measure learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Support career development and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• 9+ years of experience in Learning & Development.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Experience with LMS and digital learning solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to independently manage.
