Key Accountability

• Drive Learning & Development (L&D) and Talent Management processes end-to-end across the organization.

Key Skills

• Strong understanding of Learning & Development processes, including:
• Conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
• Designing and co-creating training content
• Facilitating and delivering training programs
• Experience in managing Talent Management processes end-to-end
• Knowledge of Instructional Design frameworks such as ADDIE
• Capability in training content development and program conceptualization
• Data handling and reporting related to talent and learning programs

Education

• MBA / PGDM (HR preferred)
• Masters in Psychology / Industrial Psychology

Key Result Areas (KRA)

1. Learning & Development

• Identify organizational learning needs through structured Training Needs Analysis
• Design and deliver learning programs
• Develop training modules using instructional design models (ADDIE)
• Facilitate workshops and learning sessions

2. Talent Management

• Manage the end-to-end talent management cycle
• Conduct potential assessments
• Facilitate Talent Council meetings
• Manage DACs (Development Action Committees / Discussions)
• Maintain and analyse talent data and reports
