About this role
- Design, deployment and end to end execution of leadership capability building interventions
- In-house SME and consultant to partner with HRBP teams and constantly share leading practices from industry on learning design, academies, vendors and partners
- Design and roll out large scale online and in-person training programs
Increase learning coverage and learning hours across the org by undertaking TNA and following through with relevant next steps as per the TNA
What is needed:
- Strong analytical and excel skills
- Consultative SME for internal teams
- Prior HRBP experience to contextualise on-ground roll out for learning interventions
- Design thinking for creation of new programs
- Knowledge of AI Tools for creation of elearning, analytics and content creation
