Learning And Development Manager - Contractual (06 months)

we have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Professional on a 6-month contractual assignment and would like to explore your interest in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop training programs for various stakeholders, including sales teams, customer service representatives, and leadership staff.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill and knowledge gaps.
• Design and deliver behavioural and soft skills training programs covering communication, teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, and personality development.
• Manage end-to-end Learning & Development initiatives from planning through evaluation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and impactful training content.

Desired Experience:

• 10-15 years of experience in Learning & Development.
• Expertise in Soft Skills Training, Behavioral Training, Process Training, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, and Personality Development.
• Proven experience in conducting TNA and designing effective training interventions.
