Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented L&D Intern to support the Learning & Development team with training documentation, content creation, and communication-related activities. The intern will help develop engaging learning materials, maintain training records, and create visually appealing content for internal communication and learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Documentation: Create, update, organize, and maintain training documents, presentations, reports, and learning materials.
• Content Creation: Design engaging posters, announcements, internal communication creatives, and other visual content.
• Communication Support: Draft clear, professional emails, messages, announcements, and training-related communications.
• Creative Development: Generate ideas to make training content more engaging, interactive, and visually appealing.
• Training Coordination: Assist with training schedules, attendance tracking, feedback collection, and maintaining training records.
• Quality & Accuracy: Review documents and creatives for accuracy, consistency, grammar, and presentation quality.
• Digital Tools: Use tools such as Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and AI-powered productivity tools to improve the quality and efficiency of deliverables.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the L&D team to understand requirements, meet deadlines, and deliver quality outputs.

Required Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and a good eye for visual design.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good documentation, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand instructions and convert ideas into quality deliverables.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work independently.
• Good time management and a proactive approach to work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Students or recent graduates from any discipline with an interest in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Communication, Content Creation, or Graphic Design.
• Experience with Canva, presentation design, content writing, or social media creatives is an advantage.
