Job Description Learning & Development (L&D) Intern

Location: Gurugram
Department: Human Resources – Learning & Development
Internship Duration: 3–6 months (Flexible)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Learning & Development Intern to support the L&D team in coordinating training programs, maintaining learning records, and driving employee learning initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or HR students seeking practical exposure to corporate learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating training programs and workshops
• Manage training calendars, nominations, and participant communication
• Maintain training records, attendance, and learning trackers
• Support LMS updates, training materials, and feedback collection
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external trainers
• Prepare training reports and basic MIS using MS Excel
• Support employee engagement and other L&D initiatives

Eligibility & Skills

• MBA / MSW / PGDM / Graduate (HR preferred) or final-year students
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
