Learning And Development Intern

Selected HR (L&D and EE) intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in collating and validating data for monthly/quarterly L&D dashboards & EE initiatives (Employer Branding).
2. Manage program scheduling, content uploads, learner enrolment, and platform-related troubleshooting.
3. Responsible for managing learning data, maintaining attendance and feedback reports of learning programs, and handling the administration of online learning platforms & LXP.
4. Providing support during training sessions, which includes virtual facilitated trainings and workshops.
