Key Responsibilities
- Program Coordination: Assist with scheduling training sessions, sending calendar invites, and managing participant tracking.
- LMS: Help update user profiles, create & assign digital learning paths, and track course completion rates.
- Content Support: Proofread, create, and format training presentations, handouts, and basic quizzes.
- Feedback & Reporting: Gather participant feedback, consolidate attendance data, and prepare training reports.
Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or Education.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) & Google Workspace.
- Mindset: Eager to learn corporate training processes and organizational development practices.
