Learning And Development - Capability Activation Facilitator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver engaging training programs for employees across various levels within the organization.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance skills such as communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving.
• Develop curriculum materials including PowerPoint presentations, handouts, and assessment tools to support training initiatives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create customized learning solutions that align with business objectives.

Job Requirements :

• 12-25 years of experience in corporate training or a related field (Learning & Development).
• Strong background in activation, development, facilitation, learning & development, training & development.
• Proven track record of designing effective training programs that drive results.
