Profile Overview:

Learning and Development Associate at TravClan is a key role focused on helping employees grow and improve. The ideal candidate will create and deliver training programs, track employee progress, and build a culture of learning. This role involves working closely with different teams to make sure the training supports company goals and helps employees develop their skills for career growth.

• Annual CTC - 8 to 12 LPA

• Fast Appraisal -  Despite Covid, we had appraisals in 6 months in Jan & July 2020

What we are looking for:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and regularly update training content for onboarding, process training, and sales enablement programs, along with creating engaging materials such as presentations, SOPs, playbooks, and assessments.
• Plan and deliver onboarding and role-based training sessions, while facilitating interactive and outcome-driven sessions using activities, case studies, and role-based exercises.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify challenges and develop relevant content, while supporting capability building through mock calls, feedback, and refresher trainings.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, manage training schedules and trackers, and ensure training resources are organized and accessible.
• Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, and continuously improve content quality, delivery methods, and domain knowledge.

This role is not ideal for someone who is-

• Not comfortable with training-related responsibilities like content creation and program execution
• Not comfortable with facilitating sessions or speaking in front of groups
• Not confident in handling learner queries, feedback, or training-related escalations
• Not excited about working on Saturdays (6 days a week)

The Recruitment Process:

1. Aptitude Test: The first step of the recruitment process is a basic 50-minute aptitude test.
2. Personal Interviews: 2-3 video interviews. Detailed discussions about the job profile, company & candidature are discussed in these rounds.
4. Extending an offer: On successfully clearing the interview rounds, the job offer is extended to the candidate. This includes financial benefits and many other benefits.
