What You'll Do-
1) Identify learning needs and develop effective training calendars.
2) Design and deliver behavioral, functional, and leadership development programs.
3) Create engaging learning content, assessments, presentations, and AI-powered micro-learning modules.
4) Coordinate classroom and virtual training sessions with internal and external facilitators.
5) Manage training logistics, LMS records, reports, and learning analytics.
6) Foster a culture of continuous learning through innovative and interactive initiatives.
