About Business Unit

IBM BPO which is a critical part of Consulting focuses on Business Process Operations across several domains such as finance & accounts, procurement, supply chain, talent transformation, and industry specific processes including risk & compliance, insurance, digital marketing services. BPO India is committed to accelerate digital transformation across all its clients with the use of agile methodologies, advanced process mining and intelligent workflows powered by hybrid cloud and artificial intelligence (AI).

Your Role And Responsibilities

As Deputy Manager-Learning Administration, you are responsible in creation & administration of Learning modules.

Your main responsibilities include-

Ø Creating courses/classes via the Learning Administration System (LMS)

Ø Enrolling learners to classes

Ø Modifying course/class data

Ø Cancelling courses/classes

Preferred Education

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Ø 6-8 years of overall experience with minimum of 5 years in handling Learning Administration for any International IT / ITES Company

Ø People management experience is mandatory

Ø Excellent communication skills in English both oral & written

Ø Strong knowledge of MS Excel

Ø Ability to pre-empt potential issues and reprioritize work to meet ever changing needs of customers both internal and external; proactively follows up with key customers on resolution and action plans

Ø Ability to think through complex issues and situations and develop robust, well thought out solutions which meet the need of the business

Ø Effectively Works with Others - Works well with internal customers and external suppliers and can positively influence others in problem solving and work process improvements

Ø Excellent Customer Service skills – ability to communicate to all people at all levels within the organization.

Ø Must have the ability to resolve difficult customer service issues High degree of numeracy skills with meticulous attention to details Team work – the ability to work well within the team

Ø You should be flexible to work in shifts.
