About this role
- Leading Bath Fittings Company hiring for AM- Bathware & Lighting Sales
- To have databank and good connection with Lighting Consultants.
- The person should be able to convert them to specify/ approve Jaquar Lighting and Electrical Switches.
- To have updated details and good working relations with Principal Architects and the Key persons of Architecture Firms with ability to get own products/ solutions specified or approved.
- It is required to have details of and have good rapport with PMCs, MEP Consultants and Electrical Contractors so as to get positive influence, approvals & specifications.
- To keep data, update to maintain connect and have fruitful business relations with Key Decision Makers (KDMs), specifically Promoters/ President/ CEO/ VP, of Hospitality Chains, to ensure Brand approval & Brand acceptance
- The person needs to be qualified technically (Electrical/ Electronics/ Physics/ similar background) with technical bent of mind so as to understand the basic working of electrical/ electricity/ automation/ BMS (lighting related) as required for handling the job effectively.
- Ability to work in team and cross-functional environment.
- The person shall take the lead for ensuring a must win for each product in each project.
- There should be a flair for providing single-point-solution to the respective client, be it guidance in selecting right product, suggest the desired solution and, through Customer Care and MBA Preferred/ any Graduate
