Leading Bank requires Casa Team Leader

Role & responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition: Identifying leads and pitching tailored banking products to new high-value Casa clients, merchants, and firms to grow current account floats.
• Portfolio & Float Delivery: Activating existing current account clients on transaction platforms to maximize the banks low-cost CASA (Current Account Savings Account) value balances.
• Cross-Selling Financial Solutions: Presenting suitable financial products such as SME loans, working capital requirements, point-of-sale (POS) terminals, and cash management services (CMS).
• Team Mentorship: (Applicable to senior variations of the role like Area or Senior Sales Managers) Training, tracking daily field calls, and driving scorecard metrics for a distributed team of acquisition officers.
• Service Excellence: Ensuring rapid resolution of client complaints to consistently improve Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
