Leading Associate Vice President - Product Owner

Requirements:

• Proven Product Ownership Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner (or similar role) in a large-scale, enterprise Agile environment.
• Deep Domain Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience with Integration, Reporting by means of API's and Dashboards on IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and a deep understanding of the underlying data (CMDB).
• Practical SaaS Implementation Skills: Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing enterprise SaaS solutions (ServiceNow experience is a significant advantage). You understand how to leverage out-of-the-box capabilities over excessive customisation.
• A Product and Service Mentality: You are a strategic thinker who focuses on customer needs and delivering tangible business value. You have a track record of simplifying complex problems and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Leadership and Influence: Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. You are confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels and can operate effectively in a multinational environment.
• Industry Context: Experience working in the financial services industry or another highly regulated environment is highly desirable.
• Language: Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English is required. Basic German is a plus.
