• Develop and execute pre-sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the client base.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and challenges, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Design Data & AI solutions across data engineering, data management, data science & analytics that align with clients' objectives.
• Create compelling proposals and presentations that communicate our value proposition effectively.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
• Good knowledge of agentic frameworks, LLMs and should be able to create solutions involving them.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams for seamless proposal delivery.
• Should be able to independently present solutions/defend proposals to clients.
• Lead RFP and RFI responses and participate in thought leadership activities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for data and AI (data engineering/analytics/management/ML/AI)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in delivering enterprise data solutions, with 5 years in Data & AI consulting/solutioning or client-facing roles.
• In-depth knowledge of Data & AI tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
• Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships.
• Business acumen and understanding of data-driven value creation.
