About the Role

We are looking for a Leadership Search Manager to own the end-to-end job search journey for a cohort of senior leadership candidates.

You will work closely with experienced professionals to identify target companies and opportunities, develop effective networking strategies, facilitate relevant connections, prepare candidates for interviews, and drive the process through successful offer closure.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in leadership hiring, executive search, recruitment, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement, who can build trust and influence senior professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and track the progress of a cohort of senior-level job seekers throughout their job search lifecycle.
• Work with candidates to identify and prioritize target companies based on their experience, aspirations, and market fit.
• Coach candidates on building a strong, network-oriented job search strategy.
• Help candidates identify and build meaningful professional connections within target companies.
• Facilitate introductions and connections between candidates and relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate screening calls and interview processes with prospective employers.
• Prepare candidates for different stages of the interview process through mock interviews, feedback, and strategic guidance.
• Support candidates through offer discussions and negotiation to drive successful closures.
• Manage relationships across candidates, companies, hiring stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Maintain structured tracking of cohort progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively drive resolution.
• Analyse candidate progress and outcomes to continuously improve the leadership search process.

Requirements

• 310 years of experience in leadership hiring, executive search, executive recruitment, or senior-level talent acquisition.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across candidates, companies, hiring teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to influence, engage, and build trust with senior and experienced professionals.
• Strong understanding of recruitment and executive search processes.
• Ability to build and leverage professional networks to create relevant opportunities.
• Strong candidate management and relationship-building skills.
• Process-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Based in Bengaluru or willing to work from the Bengaluru office.
