Lead Wedding Photographer

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead Wedding Photographer who brings a high-end editorial and candid storytelling eye. You will lead on-location teams, guide couples through portraits, and protect the overall visual standards on the day.

• Act as lead visual storyteller on wedding projects.
• Direct second shooters and lighting assistants to maintain consistency.
• Coordinate with the production manager on deliverables and timelines.
• Select and highlight key moments that align with FliqaIndias creative standards.

• 4+ years of wedding candid photography experience.
• An active online portfolio showing full wedding coverage (not just portraits).
• Excellent communication and a calm, polite on-site presence.
• Own professional camera bodies and prime lens kits.

• Experience shooting across multiple states and cultures in India.
• Basic understanding of videography or hybrid shooting.

• Work on destination weddings across India.
• Clear creative direction and production support.
