�Design and deliver platform-level experiences that turn complex data, analytics, and intelligent capabilities into clear, connected workflows used by enterprise teams worldwide. We’re scaling UX across Flexera One, with a strong focus on integrating and simplifying data-driven workflows, analytics, and intelligent decision support capabilities into cohesive, end-to-end experiences.
Our UX team is: • Global and cross-disciplinary (product design, research, visual design) • Embedded across multiple products and domains • Focused on complex enterprise workflows involving large-scale data, analytics, and intelligent/automated capabilities
Lead User Experience Designer: The Lead UX Designer is a senior individual contributor who works across complex problem spaces, shaping and delivering high-quality design within a defined product area. This role partners closely with Product and Engineering, connecting strategy to day-to-day delivery and ensuring the work lands well for customers. You’ll be responsible for taking work from early thinking through to implementation - helping bring clarity where things are ambiguous and making sure what gets built is consistent, usable, and well thought through. You’ll also support others in the team and help raise the overall quality of our design work. Key
Responsibilities • Lead UX work for a product area, setting a clear direction and maintaining a high bar for quality • Own work end-to-end, from problem framing through to delivery • Work closely with Product and Engineering as part of the core team, shaping solutions together • Stay close to implementation, ensuring what gets built reflects the intent and quality of the design • Use research, data, and feedback to inform decisions • Facilitate alignment across the team, communicating clearly and bringing people with you • Contribute to design system use and consistency across the product Qualifications • Strong experience designing complex B2B or enterprise products • Proven ability to own and deliver end-to-end design work • Comfortable working through ambiguity and shaping problems, not just executing solutions
• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering in an embedded team
• Solid understanding of design systems and how to apply them in practice • Clear, straightforward communicator - able to explain decisions and reasoning
• Experience mentoring or supporting other designers What success looks like • Work moves smoothly from idea through to delivery • Design output is clear, consistent, and high quality • You build strong working relationships with Product and Engineering • Problems are well framed and easier for the team to move on • The overall quality of UX in your area improves over time.
