Position: Lead US IT Recruiter

Location: Trichy (Onsite)

Shift: US Shift

Experience: 5-10 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of US IT Recruiters
• Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment for critical requirements
• Coordinate directly with US clients and hiring managers
• Ensure quality submissions and quick closures
• Drive team performance, productivity, and hiring success

Required Skills

• Strong experience in US IT Recruitment and US tax terms.
• Proven team leadership and delivery experience
• Expertise in ATS, Job Boards, Internal Database & Social Media sourcing
• Good understanding of IT technologies (Cloud, Data, Java/.NET, ERP, DevOps, etc.)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
