Key responsibilities:
- Track, monitor and improve Sufficiency loss for US Generics business
- Reduce Backorder and Failure-To-Supply
- Monitor FG inventory health and reduce short-dating and write-off
- Use advance planning tools like APO and Kinaxis for consensus forecasting and DRP output
- Actively work on bid management with business and operations team
- Work on improving Air-vs-Sea ratio for US
- Responsible for private label supplies and demand management as an alliance manager
- Responsible to coordinate with CMO supplying to US business
- Participate and run SOP and ensure critical concerns are timely escalated and resolved to minimize business loss and supply disruption
- Manage US Gx planning team and their deliverables (KPIs)
- Incumbent will also be Admin manager for NAM SCM GCC team based in India
- Work closely with supply sites and other CFT s supporting US business (RA, Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Supply Planners)
- Work on both site and sales queries with respect to demand and supply visibility both up and down stream of the value chain
