Job Description:
10+ years in payments
- 6+ years in UPI
- Architect of an NPCI-certified UPI platform at scale
- Led at least two NPCI certification cycles end-to-end, with one completed within the last three years
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect UPI solutions at enterprise scale
- Lead NPCI certification and compliance activities
- Drive UPI acquiring and issuing implementations
- Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance
Desired Expertise
- UPI QR (Static and Dynamic)
- UPI P2M
- Intent and Autopay
- Merchant onboarding
- Settlement and reconciliation
- Dispute management
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple audiences, including firm-wide business units, senior leaders, associates and clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
- Strong planning and organizational skills
