Responsibilities

• Global Travel Visa Expertise - Strong understanding of international business travel, with dominant knowledge of Schengen, Germany, UK, USA, other global visa processes, immigration documentation, travel compliance, and international travel regulations.
• Travel Operations Vendor Management - Sound knowledge of airline fare structures, hotel bookings, travel insurance, travel booking platforms, expense management systems, and effective coordination with travel partners.
• Analytical Reporting Skills - Strong analytical capability with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and reporting tools to generate insights and support decision-making.
• Planning Execution - Excellent organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high levels of accuracy.
