Lead Trainer

Hiring: Trainer / Lead Trainer / Soft Skill Trainer / AM Training (BPO)

Location: Navi Mumbai/Nagpur

Experience: Min 2+ yrs in same designation (BPO) |

Salary: 4 LPA 8.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Soft Skill Trainer: Drive Voice & Accent, email etiquette, TNI/TNA sessions, call audits, and 1-on-1 coaching.
• Trainer / Lead Trainer: Conduct end-to-end NHT batches, drive throughput, lead calibrations, and manage PKTs.
• Assistant Manager Training: Lead the trainer team, align training metrics with operational KPIs, and manage governance dashboards.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of experience in the exact same designation within a BPO/KPO environment.
• Strong grasp of BPO training metrics (NHT Throughput, Attrition, TNI, PKT).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and MS Office skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
