Role & responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the Lead- Tele calling will include:

• Supervise the five-member tele calling team.
• Allocate leads according to Programme and priority.
• Develop calling scripts and follow-up schedules.
• Monitor call quality, response time and conversion.
• Maintain CRM discipline and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Manager and campus-visit executives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in education or admission tele calling.
• Experience in team handling, CRM, call auditing and reporting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
