Lead - Technical

• Lead technical appraisal and property assessment for LAP proposals .
• Review property valuation, construction quality, marketability and collateral acceptability.
• Identify technical risks, deviations, encroachments and unauthorized construction .
• Review valuation reports and manage empanelled technical agencies/valuers.
• Conduct property inspections and handle complex/high-value cases .
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Sales and Operations for resolution of technical issues.
• Ensure adherence to technical policies, audit requirements and prescribed TATs .
• Drive valuer performance, quality checks and process improvements
