Lead Technical Trainer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Trainer who is passionate about project development, mentoring, and technical capability building.

This role combines technical training with hands-on project development, giving you the opportunity to build practical applications, mentor trainees in developing end-to-end projects, and explore emerging technologies.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical training on Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, REST APIs, Maven, Git, and related technologies.
• Build technical projects and practical applications based on real-world development scenarios.
• Mentor trainees in end-to-end project development, including design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Develop coding exercises, mini-projects, assignments, and technical assessments.
• Guide trainees in programming best practices, problem-solving, and application development.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to align learning initiatives with business and project requirements.
• Explore emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Python, automation, and AI-assisted development.
• Assess technical skills through coding assignments, project reviews, and practical evaluations.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Understanding of REST APIs, SQL, Git, Maven, and software development practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and an interest in mentoring and knowledge sharing.
  
  

Good To Have

• Exposure to Python, Generative AI, LLMs, or automation.
• Experience in developing coding exercises, technical assessments, or practical projects.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, or cloud technologies.
