Position Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering roles. This is a high-ownership role for someone who will manage complete technical recruitment from sourcing through offer closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical, engineering, and Product Management roles, from sourcing through offer close.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, calibrate on candidate bar, and build effective sourcing strategies.
- Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and market mapping specific to the technology and AI talent landscape.
- Drive an excellent candidate experience end-to-end, including timely communication and structured interview coordination across time zones.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting in Keka (ATS).
- Provide market intelligence on hiring trends, compensation norms, and competitor talent movements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record of closing technical talent.
- Mandatory: SaaS company experience.
- A technical background or demonstrated fluency recruiting for engineering, robotics, hardware, or deep-tech roles.
- Experience recruiting in the Indian technology ecosystem, with an existing network of engineering and robotics talent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
