Lead Technical Consultant

We are hiring for a Lead Technical Consultant at Zafin, a banking technology product company providing software solutions to financial institutions.

Role: Lead Technical Consultant
Experience: 912 Years
Location: Trivandrum, Kerala
Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days a week in the office

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end enterprise SaaS implementation and integration projects.
• Design and deliver solutions using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Apache Kafka and PostgreSQL.
• Work closely with banking clients to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues and ensure smooth implementation and deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture and delivery teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with REST APIs, Apache Kafka and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of Azure, CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in banking technology, financial services or enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Strong client-facing communication and technical consulting skills.
