Lead / Team Lead - Employee Life Cycle and HR Services

Role & responsibilities

• Manage complete employee life cycle from joining to separation.
• Ensure accuracy of employee master data and HR documentation in HRIS.
• Administer PF/UAN, gratuity, employee insurance and statutory benefits.
• Manage Mediclaim and Group Personal Accident (GPA) insurance programs.
• Handle employee queries, grievances and service requests within defined SLA.
• Coordinate retirement, resignation and Full & Final Settlement processes.
• Maintain statutory compliance, audit readiness and employee records.
• Drive HR service excellence through process improvements and digitization.
• Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports and analytics for management review.
• Liaise with insurance providers, TPAs, EPFO and internal stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong exposure to HR Operations and Employee Life Cycle Management.
• Hands-on experience in PF, Gratuity, Employee Benefits and Insurance Administration.
• Knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance and audit requirements.
• Experience in HRIS/SAP SuccessFactors environment preferred.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to manufacturing or cement industry will be an added advantage
